Terms of Service

1. Service Description

ShotPro is an AI-powered service that generates brand-faithful ad creatives from a product URL. The service uses artificial intelligence models, including Google Gemini, to produce the creatives.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your use of the service.

2. Account Requirements

To use ShotPro, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use ShotPro to create, upload, or distribute:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors
• Non-consensual intimate imagery of real people ("deepfakes")
• Content intended to harass, threaten, or intimidate individuals
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content promoting violence
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Fraudulent content, scams, or impersonation
• Malware, spam, or content designed to deceive
• Content violating any applicable law or regulation

We may use automated systems and human review to detect violations. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination. We may report illegal content to law enforcement.

4. Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of the reference photos and prompts you upload. You represent that you have all necessary rights to use any content you upload, including the right to use any person's likeness in reference photos.

Generated Content

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the ad creatives generated through your use of ShotPro. You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes, except as restricted below. Commercial use covers the creatives ShotPro generates; it does not grant you rights to any product, brand, logo, or trademark depicted that you do not already own or have permission to use. You are responsible for holding those rights for the inputs you provide.

License to ShotPro

You grant ShotPro a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide and improve the service. We do not use your content for training AI models without your explicit consent. We do not sell or share your content with third parties except as necessary to provide the service.

AI-Generated Content Limitations

AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright in all jurisdictions. We make no guarantees about the intellectual property status of generated content. You are responsible for verifying that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

5. Payment Terms

Teardown Packs

• A Teardown Pack is a one-time purchase at a flat price — there is no subscription or recurring billing
• Each pack adds a set number of teardowns to your account; one teardown is one brand-faithful six-pack
• Purchased teardowns do not expire
• Prices are displayed in your local currency where available

Refunds

Because a Teardown Pack is a one-time purchase, there is nothing to cancel. Unused teardowns remain on your account.

EU/UK Consumers: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of purchase for a full refund. However, by using the service during this period, you acknowledge that you may lose this right for services already rendered.

For refund requests outside the statutory period, contact support@shotpro.app. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Service Availability and Quality

We strive to provide reliable, high-quality service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
• Specific results or quality from AI-generated creatives
• That generated content will meet your expectations
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for content generated by AI or how you use that content

EU/UK Consumers: Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShotPro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) content you upload or generate; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights. This indemnification obligation does not apply to EU/UK consumers for matters not caused by their own fault.

9. Account Termination

By You: You may close your account at any time through Settings or by contacting support. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will provide notice and an opportunity to export your data where reasonably possible, except in cases of serious violations.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

EU/UK Consumers: You have the right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence. You also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local law. You may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Other Users: Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect, giving you time to review them. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may close your account before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ShotPro.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger or acquisition.
